Kathmandu, August 24, 2016: While Chapali Height 2 has been receiving mixed-reviews from audiences nationwide, its director, Dipendra K Khanal, is all set to come up with another feature, titled Love Love Love.
The first look of the upcoming love story, that features actors Swastima Khadka and Suraj Pandey in lead roles, was released amid a function held in the Capital on Sunday. The film, being produced under the banner of Suraj Film Production Company, also features actors Desh Bhakta Khanal, Ramesh Budhathoki and Rupa Rana. Written by Khanal himself, this will be his seventh directorial.
In his accolade-laden career, director Khanal has put out films such as The Yug Dekhi Yug Samma—Khanal’s debut venture, a sequel to the legendary Yug Dekhi Yug Samma; Jholey; Vigilantey—Nepal’s first 3D film; Pashupati Prasad; and the Chapali Height series. Khanal also received the Best Director Award at National Film Awards and the same honour at the recently-concluded D-cine Awards.
Speaking about Love Love Love during the function, Khanal said, “The movie tells a simple story, and will be based on little things that matter to us—the little things that bring out big emotions.â€
According to the producers, the shooting for the film will begin this month; and they target to release it on New Year’s Day.
