Kathmandu, July 6, 2018: On the behalf of Rotaract District 3292, Rotaract club of Patan and Rotaract club of Mount Everest, Lalitpur is jointly hosting 11th District Assembly and Recognition Ceremony on 7th July, 2018, Saturday at DAV College, Jawalakhel.
It is an annual district leadership training seminar (DLTS) happening with parallel and plenary sessions like ‘Branding Rotaract’, ‘Maintaining Public Relations’ and ‘Networking and Collaborations’ along with details about Rotaract offerings. It is a day-long training seminar involving the representatives from one hundred and twenty three different Rotaract clubs throughout the nation with expected participation of more than eight hundred members.
The training seminar is also being organized with the motive of strengthening the role of leadership, conducting social service with more visibility towards the society, networking and collaborating with various parties to enhance the Rotaract movement. This training will educate and train the principal incoming Rotaract club presidents, secretaries, treasurers and office bearers to better understand their responsibilities as well as prepare to embrace club leadership.
The event will be inaugurated by the District Governor, 2018-19, Rtn.Chintamani Bhattarai with the presence of District Rotaract Committee Chair, Rtn Anil Shrestha, District Rotaract Representative Rtr Saugat Gautam, Immediate District Rotaract Representative Rtr Suroj Poudel, District Rotaract Representative Elect Rtr Sneha Shakya along with President Rtn Gabriela Mallapaty from Rotary club of Patan , President Rtn Kicha Chitrakar from Rotary club of Mount Everest, Lalitpur and Past District Rotaract Representatives. Similarly, the event will have distinguished guest & representatives from the event sponsors including Dolphin Education Consultancy, MeroJob.com, Global Study Partners, Nissan, Berger Paints Nepal, Mhasika Entertainments & Education and Offering Happiness.
After the training seminar, Rotaract District 3292 will conduct the Recognition ceremony to facilitate the Rotaract clubs and Rotaractors on the different category for the excellence project and service throughout the Rota year 2017-18.
