Kathmandu, August 14, 2017: On the occasion of International Youth Day, Rising Youths, an organization working for personality and leadership development of the youths, organized a free leadership training seminar in Kathmandu. As many as 40 youths participated the seminar that was facilitated by Hopes of Change, a youth-led not-for-profit organization.
In the event, the participants were trained by two personalities: Avibind Khaniya, Vice-President of Hopes of Change, and Alina Prajapati, General Manager of Glocal Pvt. Ltd.
The workshop was divided into two phases. Alina Prajapati began the workshop focusing on how leadership is associated within ourselves and our lives. This session was practically based and audience engagement was high.

Meanwhile, Avibind khaniya conducted an informative session on leadership and time management.

Rising Youths was started with an aim to make changes in the society by making youths able to lead and make them able to enhance themselves in different ways in their life. This organization has been working with the youths of the different colleges and schools showing an active participation and interaction among each other.
Similarly, Hopes of Change has been working in the sector of youth empowerment, child health, and literature for the last three years.
