70 Percent Houses Affected Due To Quake In Humla

May 24, 2015: After the earthquake of May 23 struck Humla district around 70 per cent houses in Chhitra VDC have suffered cracks.

CDO Krishna Bahadur Katuwal said that some private houses including buildings of Kalasidda Primary School based in district headquarters Simikot have seen cracks. Similarly, an team of security agencies headed by Chief District Officer Katuwal found 68 per cent houses with cracks in course of on-site inspection.
