Pokhara, February 20, 2018: With the motive of creating awareness about Information and Communication Technologies, newer and emerging tools of IT industry, free/open source software (FOSS) and how they can fit into our society and how can we benefit from IT in organizations, government offices, educational institutions and our day to day life, Gandaki College of Engineering and Science (GCES) is set to conduct ‘7th GCES IT EXPO 2018’ from February 25 to February 26, 2018 in the college premise at Lamachaur, Pokhara.
The expo is all about addressing Information and Communication Technology (ICT), showcasing the latest hardware and software products, Free Software Projects, and other related technologies. The exhibition is also aimed at It will address many more challenges that our society has been facing without IT.
The main events of the exhibit are Hardware Expo and Virtual Reality show, FOSS Awareness and Bootcamp, ICT Talk and Tech Documentaries, Project Expo, College Level Competition, Technical Topic Presentations, Facts & Infographic Display and Made in Nepal software presentation.
