Kathmandu, Nov 3: 7th National Game taking place in Eastern region is rescheduled by National Sports Council (NSC) as favored by representatives of various national sports associations along with Nepal Boxing association and all Nepal Football Association.

The sports associations and NSC office-bearers held a meeting at the International Sports Complex located at Satdobato, Lalitpur today, they made the recommendation in view of preparation for the 12th South Asian Games (SAG) to be held in India.

Another date is set for the National Game due to the current disturbance and indefinite strike in various districts.

Further, the NSC was suggested to set up the National Game after 7th South Asian Games and provide players training abroad. And also they have suggested the council to hire the sports coach from outside the country.

“We haave been recommended to reschedule the 12th National Game in a way to hold it after couple of months” said by NSC Member- Secretary Keshav Kumar Bista.
