Bhadrapur, September 3: Â Â In the fiscal year 83 women were rescued from Bhadrapur.
An organizatioon named as ‘Sana Haatharu Nepal’ which is working against human trafficking in the area had rescued them near from Mechi River. Those women were lured into a job in India by the trafficker according to the chairman of the organization.
Most of the rescued women are from Sindhupalchowk, Makwanpur, Uadayapur, Khotang and Taplengunj among others. Eight supporters to rescue those women are in jail with the help of the organization. Narayan Thapa, Khum Bhadur Gurung and Tara Devi Magar are some of them who are in jail.
