Kathmandu, December 28, 2016: Eighth edition of CAN Infotech Pokhara 2017 with mobile expo is going to be held from next February 16.
Being organized by Federation of Computer Association of Nepal, Kaski in association with Pokhara Electronics Entrepreneurs Association, the 4-days long expo will be held at the Pokhara Exhibition Centre in Nayabazar.
The event is being organized to inform the general public about the information and communication technologies that have been recently introduced in Nepal and help the development of ICT sector in Nepal, said the organizers amidst a press conference organized in Pokhara on Thursday.
The expo will have a total of 115 different stalls exhibiting various information and communication technologies and seeks to attract around 1 lakh visitors.
Along with the grand ICT exhibition, the event will also host ICT Conference, regional level typing competition, ICT quiz contest, free computer and mobile phone repair services and exhibition of locally made ICT products among others.
