Rabat, April 10, 2015: A bus accident killed at least 31 people and 9 Â are seriously injured.
According to the local authorities, the bus burst into flames in Morocco early on Friday.
The accident took place at 7 A.M. local time when the bus hit a truck about 40 kilometers from Layoune city and 1,200 kilometers South of capital Rabat.The bus was heading from the capital Rabat to Laayoune in Western Sahara.
A local media said that most of the victims were killed by the fire that broke out on the bus straight after the crash.
However, the Moroccan radio reported earlier that more than 40 people had lost their lives.
