According to the United Nations, for statistical purposes, defines ‘youth’, as those persons between the ages of 16 and 24 years, without prejudice to other definitions by Member States. Youth is best understood as a period of transition from the dependence of childhood to adulthood’s independence and awareness of our interdependence as members of a community. Youth is a more fluid category than a fixed age-group. An individual of age 16-40 is also defined as the youth in the context of Nepal.

I belong to the age group which is called youth, defined in a sense of the energetic age and there are revolutions in the world where youth population is more than forty percent called youth Bulge. Youth bulge is a state of the population where the percentage of the youth is more than forty. Thus, I am in a population which is called as change agent, a pattern for the effective development for the nation and for the world.

I spend most of the time that I have some capacity to explore my horizon and think one day I will make a difference. I always think about outline for my society and possible development aspects of it. I spend most of the time about the planning for the further days and think of the plans and also start to act with my planning. Meanwhile, my accessibility challenges me for achieving my goal. There is dilemma in my journey that I want to change my society but there is need of extra materials and pathways in my area. There is the need of the effective intervention from outside my area. I want to do and go through the way for changing my society and intend to change my society. I decide to move farther from my region and runs away from there. Meanwhile accessibility, life standards, suitability and the ease of the life standard drains my attraction to build my society and in go further for the action in the ease. I forgot about my planning done a year before entering into the area of ease. Thus, this types of youth in which I belong is a distant from the point of the development, which ultimately causes decrease in the number of the youth from my community and loss of a development. After the settlement I get more opportunities in the cities and walks for the further planning for the new ones and the new area.

The whole process of seeing hopes from a people of the society is leading to the departure of a people or youth from the society and most of the youths share their journey of the past life and relaxes that they had made a difference but they made the difference just in their own not for the community. This attribute lead to lower developments of the society and the loss of the youth from the rural communities.
