Chitwan, Sept 29: Speaker Subas Nembang has said that the agitating parties should be responsible to open the indirect border blockade caused by Indian sides.
Talking to the journalists at Chitwan Airport today, Speaker Nembang said that the country was facing huge crisis due to Madhes-centric parties’ agitation and it should be resolved through dialogues between the big parties and agitating parties.
He pointed out the efforts of all to open the blocked borders as people were facing various problems due to indirect border blockade imposed by Indian sides.
Speaker Nembang further opined for dialogue to resolve the problem as the government has formed a dialogue team for the purpose.
Speaking in a different note, speaker Nembang said that there were no hindrances to hold election for the post of President and Vice-president.
He informed that the Constituent Assembly (CA) Regulations and Parliament Regulations were functioning in the past however, only the Parliament Regulations are functioning now therefore, obscurity has seen but it is not a big problem.
He further informed that homework was going on to amend the obscurity seen in this regard.
