Kathmandu, Sept 3: Armed Police Force (APF) club defeated Three Star Club (TSC) by 1-0 to enter the semi finals of the ANFA cup football tournament underway in the capital. In the match played today at the Dasarath Stadium, APF’s Ranjan Bista scored the only goal of the match in the dying minutes of injury time of the second half.
With the win, AFP will now face Jhapa Football Club in the semi finals. Jhapa defeated Manang Marsyangdi yesterday to book a berth in the semi-final of the tournament. Tomorrow’s match will be played between Nepal Army Club and Nepal Police Club at the same venue at 1:00 pm.
