Application open for Global Student Entrepreneurship Award (GSEA) Nepal

Kathmandu, December 29,2015: Entrepreneurs’ Organization Nepal Chapter, in partnership with Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF), announces applications open for Global Student Entrepreneurship Award (GSEA) Nepal.

GSEA is the premier awards program for student entrepreneurs. GSEA provides students the opportunity to form lasting relationships with students and the VIP entrepreneur judges. Over the years, participating students have gone on to create thousands of jobs and generate millions in revenue.

The Nepal finals of GSEA is being organized on February 29, 2016 in Kathmandu. The application deadline for Nepal Finals is February 1, 2016.

Eligible students must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate (Bachelor’s) student of a recognized college or university. Students need to be primarily responsible for the operation of a for-profit (revenue generating) business that has been operating for no less than six (6) consecutive months.

Upon review of the applications, selected students will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to present their business and entrepreneurial journey in front of a panel of entrepreneur judges. The winner of this competition will receive Rs. 50,000/- in cash prizes and will attend the GSEA Finals to compete with the world’s top student entrepreneurs and have a chance to win over US$40,000 in cash and donated business services.
