Rasuwa, March 26, 2018: Over 100 students studying in Dukcheswory Primary School at Naukunda Rural Municipality-5, Rasuwa were distributed educational material at the school premises. The students were provided notebooks, bags and pencils among others as stated by Ngima Lama Sherpa, Founder of Himalayan Child Foundation.
Understanding the value of education and poverty of Langtang valley, the educational material was distributed by Nepali students who were studying in distinct colleges of Germany.
Dawa Jangbu Sherpa, who led the team of German-Based Nepali students said that they organized the event at Rambagh Palace Indian Resturant in Konstanz, Germany, for collecting fund.
Bobar Moktan, Chair of School Management Committee stated that the distribution of educational material came as a great opportunity to all the students and this would motivate them to perform.
Likewise Ngima added that Himalayan Child Foundation will keep on offering aid to needy kids in rural areas.
