Kathmandu, 19th December,2014Â : Nobel Peace Prize winner Kailash Satyarthi on Friday called on Constituent Assembly Chairperson Subas Chandra Nembang at the CA building here in the capital city.
CA Chair Nembang congratulated Satyarthi for winning the prize in recognition for his unrelenting contribution in the interest
of children.
On the occasion, the Nobel Prize laureate expressed hope that the constitution would be delivered on time and that it would embody the rights of children.
Parliament Secretariat Spokesperson Mukunda Sharma said Satyarthi had proposed for creation of a forum of parliamentarians to fight for child rights and that South Asia should lead the world in this regard.
