Kathmandu, August 31:  Chairpersons of Constituent Assembly (CA) Committees have vowed to complete their duties on time. During a meeting with CA Chairman Subas Chandra Nembang Sunday, the  committees heads said they are committed to meeting the target within the deadline abiding by CA regulations and calendar.
Stating that they are busy in serious discussions regarding adoption of achievements of previous CA, they pledges to work round-the-clock to complete the assignment within the deadline, according to the CA Chair.
It is essential the government should felicitate the CA -related task by enabling environment conductive to that end, he said.
Suggesting the government to intensify dialogues with the opposition parties to resume stalled Legislature-Parliament, CA Chair Nembang said the committees have a little time to settle the matters of owing agreed issues of previous CA and challenge as well.
As per the CA calender , the matters shall be finalized within September 6.
Dr. Baburam Bhattrai (Constitutional-Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee), Krishna Prasad Sitaula (Constitutional Draft Committee), Bishnu Poudel (Constitution Archives Study and Determination Committee), Pramila Rana (Civic Relations and Constitution Suggestion Committee) and Laxmi Chaudhary ( Capacity Building and Resource Management Committee) were present in the discussion.
