Distinguished Luminaries sharing stage with leaders of tomorrow on 30th June – 2nd July
Kathmandu, March 28, 2017: Model Governance Foundation, India is all set to host Samvaad 2017, a 3-day National Youth Conference starting this June 30 in New Delhi.
Samvaad 2017 is a platform where distinguished luminaries from the fields of politics, business, academia, entertainment, journalism, and sports will come together and share the stage with leaders of tomorrow, engaging them in a dialogue while motivating them to reach out to their paramount potential in pursuit of solutions to the challenges that besiege the world. The event aims to foster leadership qualities among students and young professionals by opening a cross-cultural dialogue on issues of national and international relevance.
In its second edition, the conference will include various events like Interactive Lectures, Paper Presentations, Guest Presentations, Model Indian Governance Debating Sessions, Group Discussions, Life Mapping Exercise, Leadership Development Conversation, and Social and Cultural Night.
The event seeks to engage young people in meaningful discussions and conversations, and enhance the learning, sharing and networking experience of youths.
The inaugural edition of the programme, Samvaad 2015, was held at Ramanujan College (University of Delhi), New Delhi from 26th-28th June, 2015. The session was attended by delegates from India’s most prestigious universities such as IIT Kharagpur, University of Delhi, BHU Varanasi, JNU Delhi, Manipal University and VIT University, Vellore among others.
Interested youth from Nepal, Bhutan, and India (aged 16-30) can register for the conference. The registration fee is set at 3000 INR for students, and 4000 INR for professionals.
