Kathmandu, August 14, 2016: Federation of Computer Association of Nepal is organizing CAN CommTech in the second week of September.

The exhibition seeks to provide the visitors with all the information on the recent developments in IT sector under a single roof.

The organizers have said that the festival will feature 81 different stalls from various companies including Internet Service Provider (ISPs), Telecommunications, IT Colleges, Software solutions, hardware, sales and maintenance, power solutions, mobile accessories, among others.

General Secretary of the Federation, Bishwo Ram Balami said that there will be the provision of a separate pavilion for the Security Solutions companies. “This festival will give more priorities to the Broadband Internet and Communication Technologies,” he added.

In the festival that sees Internet packages with special discounts by various ISPs, new smartphone technologies will also be of special attraction. “In the festival, we will also inform the visitors about the basic infrastructures of the concept of smart city envisioned by Nepal Government,” General Secretary Balami further added.

The festival will run for four days in the Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition Hall and aims to attract more than 150,000 visitors.
