The Government of China has expressed its interest in assisting Nepal in the development of science and technology. A high-level delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology from China, during its Nepal visit on October 10-11, expressed such interest, Spokesperson Saha said. The eight-member Chinese delegation in its meeting with the Nepali officials showed interests to establish a science laboratory of international standard in Nepal. Besides, the Chinese officials expressed desire of taking Nepal’s youth scientists to a science tour to China annually. This sounds to be a good opportunity for country like Nepal.
