Morang, 9 March, 2015 : Central Member of the Nepali Congress, Sujata Koirala, has said that the new constitution will be delivered through process if no consensus is forged among the political parties.
Speaking to the media at the GP Foundation situated in Biratnagar, Morang, leader Koirala asserted that since there was no alternative to issuing the constitution as the country could not be held the hostage of indecisiveness any longer in the name of consensus.
Koirala, who is also the niece of the Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, shared that PM was keeping busy in discussion and dialogue with the political parties to issue constitution through consensus alone.
Arguing that the constitution will never be delivered if the political parties in the country hatch any conspiracy to form another government, she expressed that a new constitution should be delivered by the incumbent government led by the Prime Minister Koirala.
