Kathmandu, April 5:With the slogan â€˜Hunt for an Ultimate Gladiatorâ€™, Corporate Roadies is all set to begin on 7th April this week. The programme seeks to impart real management world skills to the future leaders of Nepalese economy.
Designed to instill leadership, team building, problem solving, communication, time management and interpersonal skills through different management tasks, the programme will run for three days.
As part of the programme, a workshop will be conducted on 6th of April by Mr. Sohan Babu Khatri to enhance young entrepreneursâ€™ capacity building and the main event would follow the next day.
â€œThe participants would go through a series of competitions on business development plan, case study, presentation, management article review and others, each requiring the participants to actively think out of the box, collaborating and competing with each other in equal measure until only one remains standing after a series of elimination, the winnerâ€, said a press release by Ideas and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The release further said that the competition will cover very bases laced with real world problems like problem solving, human resources, business development, team building, operations management and others.
The winner will be awarded with a prize worth 1 Lakh while the finalists will get chances to explore themselves in consulting in various projects.
Kings College, Liberty College, KMC Education Network and Kathmandu School of Speaking will be contributing to the event as resource partners.
