Kathmandu,19 Dec 2014: Constituent Assembly (CA) chairman Subas Chandra Nembang has pointed out the need intensifying dialogues among the political parties for timely constitution.
He further said that the leaders were committed to promulgate the new constitution by January 22, therefore parties should be oriented towards it.
Speaking in an interaction programme with the Nepal Red Cross Society on the topic of “Red Cross with the Parliament” here today, the CA chair said that the country would face a big crisis if the constitution was not issued on time.
“I have time and again proded the leaders for timely constitution”, Nembang said.
On the occasion, Red Cross chairman Sanjiv Thapa said that the Red Cross is the largest humanitarian organization which has one million members and 90,000 volunteers in the country.
