Kathmandu, Aug 3:Â The CPN-Maoist has decided to stop the fund raising programme for the time being.
Issuing a press release, party General Secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa informed that the politburo meeting of the party decided to stop the fund raising programme. The party had decided to raise funds in view of the party’s national convention. The scheduled programmee of holding the national convention is postponed for the time being, leader Thapa said.
The party issued the press release as some of the party cadres were found involved in fund raising activities even after the postponement of the national convention, the press release stated.
