Pokhara, June 26, 2015: The Supreme Court’s stay order on the 16 point agreement signed by four major political parties was objectionable as it affects the constitution drafting process, CPN (UML) secretary Pradip Gyawali has said.

leader Gyawali speaking in a press meet organized by the Press Chautari, Kaski Chapter today, added that the Supreme Court’s stay order was strange, controversial, one-sided and dramatic by forgetting its jurisdiction. The new constitution would be formulated within mid-July and the new government would be formed by that time.

Further he stressed out the need of making provision of impeachment against the SC judges in the new constitution even to check the arbitrary attitude and absurdity of the courts. The UML secretary added that he even clarified that the CPN (UML) would lead the new government.
