Tilottama (Rupandehi), Sept 21: Deputy General Secretary of the CPN (UML), Ghanashyam Bhusal, has said that the CPN (UML) was committed to promulgate a new constitution on the slated time as the Constituent Assembly (CA) was only the appropriate place for issuing the new constitution to be acceptable to all.
Stating that the country could not get prosperity until the promulgation of new constitution, Bhusal said that the CPN (UML) has been coordinating with other political parties to promulgate the new constitution within January 22, 2015.
Bhusal expressed the view while addressing the cadres’ training programme organised at Devdaha of Rupandehi on Saturday.
Claiming that the CPN (UML) has moved ahead with the spirit of unity, he expressed the view that there would be complete change in the overall development of the country if the policies and programmes approved by the Ninth General Convention of the CPN (UML) are implemented.
Different people including Rupandehi Chairman of the CPN (UML), Bhojraj Shrestha, CPN (UML) Rupandehi Secretariat Member and Regional In-charge, Dhruba Kharel and District Committee member, Siddhicharan Bhattarai, expressed their views.
