KAVREPALANCHOK, December 4, 2018: Free WiFi for locals and tourists has been provided by the municipality of Dhulikhel. As per the free WiFi campaign, this service has been offered in various places like Saraswati Bazaar, Bhagawati Temple premises, District Administration Office, Municipality office, government offices, sports ground, market area, Tundikhel Fun Park, the area from Hazar Sidhi to Devisthan Temple, BP Marga Chok and Narayansthan Temple premises. The service will also be extended to 12 other tourist attractions within the municipality.
Ashok Byanju, Municipality Mayor informed that the motive of this service is to provide the accessibility of information technology to the tourists and local people. He added, “Dhulikhel is a tourist destination. We are working on a plan to make the city green, colourful, and a cycling city. Priority has been given to information, technology, education, health, sanitation and drinking water.”
