Dunche, May3, 2015: A doctors’ team from the central office of Nepal Red Cross has begun the treatment to those injured in earthquake at Dunche.
From different parts of the district the injured people were airlifted to the district headquarters Dhunche. Meanwhile, 48 dead bodies have been recovered from different casualty areas of the district but identification is very difficult as the bodies are already decayed.
The distribution of relief materials have been inspecting the casualty sites and monitoring by the Constituent Assembly members in the district Chewatenjing Tamang and Janardan Dhakal. Even, they have urged the district relief distribution committee to promote distribution and admired the rescue operation carried out by the security.
The rescue and the search for the missing locals and tourists was still continuous, said Narayan Dal Battalion stationed in the district.After the government provided a helicopter of the Simrik Air to the district, the relief distribution is intensified and smooth.
