Kathmandu, 17th December,2014Â : Minister for Urban Development, Dr Narayan Khadka, has urged all not to doubt on
timely constitution.
At an interaction organized in the capital city on Wednesday, Minister Dr Khadka said the atmosphere was being conducive to promulgate constitution on time. The constitution will prove the success of the Nepali people and the country, he hoped.
As all political parties’ manifestos had vividly mentioned that the constitution could be promulgated within a year of the election to the second Constituent Assembly even through the voting, none could obstruct it now, the Minister argued.
According to him, the constitution once promulgated on time could be amended later as per the need with two-third majority.
On a different note, Minister Dr Khadka said the government has expedited the projects of the national pride; increased investment in energy production and tamed the price hike of daily essentials. So, the government was successful till date, he buttressed.
Similarly, he informed that the Ministry had formed a committee to determine which body would be fit to manage the City Hall for holding the conference of the international standard.
