Myagdi, October 22, 2018: The community with the locals of Shikha from Annapurna rural municipality is investing on the reconstruction of school in Mygdi district.
The locals are mobilizing million of rupees from comunity level. President of the School Management Committee, Min Bahadur Budhhuja shared, “The cost of rebuilding the two building with 17 rooms was total of Rs. 32.8 millions. The locals have been able to invest more that that of any government level investments for reconstructions of school buildings.
The school was damaged because of the 2015 eathquake. The classes upto Grade 12 with total of 191 students are conducted in the school. The buildings that are reconstructed are the disabled-friendly and earthquake resisitant.
