The German-based organization handed two schools to the community

Kathmandu, March 29, 2018: After the devastating earthquake with the magnitude of 7.9 that occurred in 2015 caused many damages in Nepal. Two German-based organizations funded for two schools that were destroyed by the earthquake in Gorkha and Dhading have been rebuilt and handed to the local community. After the completion, the school now has eight well-furnished rooms with e-library, drinking water, and toilet facilities. Each school was rebuilt at the cost of Rs 10 million.

School named Shree Mahakali Devisthan Basic School located in Bhumesthan, Thakre Rural Municipality-2, Dhading and Shree Bhimsen Basic School located in Namjung of Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality, Gorkha was handed over to the local community by an eight-member team also comprising Nepal’s Consul General to Germany, Dr. Ram Pratap Thapa, and representatives from the aid organizations (Kinderhilfe Nepal Trabelsdorf and Aktion Kleine Prinz) on March 26 and 27
