The race number two is organized and supported by National Geographic Adventurer of the Year, Mira Rai
The Kathmandu Trail Race series 2 is scheduled for this April 8. The race is 15 km and 7 km fun trail runs in Kathmandu’s nature.
A 15 km course will enthrall you with the diversity of its terrain. A little way out past Boudha and Jorpati, a run from Himalayan Children’s Foundation towards Shivapuri and Kopan forest trails.
With the popular demand to conduct a shorter race, an open 6 km run is also provided for beginners and fun hikers.
Registration fee is set at Rs 1000 for Non-Nepalese, Rs.600 for Nepalese, and Rs.400 for students. The fee includes chest number & pins, water at start finish & checkpoints, energy foods like bananas & biscuits, recovery soup or snack, certificates, badges, and medals for winners.
The 15 KM race flags off at 8 am, whereas the 6 KM race starts at 8: 15 from Shivapuri Hill, Kathmandu.
