Kathmandu, July 8, 2018 : BloodPal organized a day long interaction program on various aspects of blood donation on 7th July, 2018 at K&K International College, Kathmandu.

The interaction program highlighted lack of proper knowledge among youths regarding the benefits of blood donation and the need of willpower to come forward and save lives by donating blood to people in need. Social worker Padam Kumar Shrestha shared the fundamental knowledge on blood donation and urged the youth to step forward and play their role in saving lives.

Susan Karmacharya, Coordinator at BloodPal informed that team BloodPal is moving forward with the motto of ‘Solidarity for Saving Lives’ and has been actively involved in finding blood donors for the helpless patients who are  in urgent need of blood for their treatment through social media among others. “To ensure no one dies due to scarcity of blood, everyone should play their roles as it is not possible by the efforts of few people”, he added.
