Chitwan, October 6, 2016: With financial assistance of Nepal Journey America and technical support from Nepal Library Foundation, an e-library has been recently established in Bikash Rameshower Library at Bharatpur in Chitwan district.

President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), Shesh Ghale, inaugurated the digital library for which 10 new high-tech computers were installed.

NRNA President Ghale has contributed Rs 200,000 for this undertaking that enables students, teachers and general readers can access learning and reference materials free of charge from any part of the world.

According to Chief of Rameshower Library Rajendra Wagle, efforts were underway to develop the Library as a model one.

The Library that bears the history of nearly two decade contains hundreds of books on history, geography, religion, philosophy, general knowledge and literature among others, shared Wagle.
