Chitwan, March 15, 2018: Group of Agriculture and Veterinary Students (GAVS) is all set to organize ‘National Level Agricultural Quiz Competition’ on April 5, 2018, at Agriculture and Forestry University, Chitwan.
The competition is open to agricultural colleges all over Nepal. Series of rounds namely general round, current affair round, mixed bag round, gambling round, a buzzer round, rapid fire round and the audio-visual round will be conducted.The winner, first runner-up and second runner-up will be receiving Rs.11,111, Rs.7,777, and Rs. 4,444 respectively.
Sujan Pokharel, Coordinator of GAVS explained that the registered teams will be selected through the selection round. Only eight teams will continue for further rounds.
Subodh Pandey, Vice coordinator of GAVS stated that GAVS is a technical group of students who belong to agriculture and forestry university. GAVS is dedicated and committed to upgrading and uplifting the technical abilities of the students. Pandey also mentioned that GAVS emphasizes on creating a common platform for all agriculture students including enrolled personnel to work and get updated about Agriculture enrichment.
