Kathmandu, February 20, 2018: Business Plus Television and CEO Club Nepal in collaboration with Government of Nepal Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Industry, FNCCI, CNI, NCC, and MAN are all set to organize ‘Nepal CEO Summit and Awards 2018’ on March 14, 2018, at Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Kathmandu.
The summit will welcome South Asia’s top business visionaries, CEOs, business managers, industrialists, business icons and investors to have the discussion on regional and national business laws, business challenges, opportunities, best practices in business operation, management trends, sectoral scope, and learning. There will also be a comparative analysis of the national and international business-friendly laws and political atmosphere.
World prominent speakers and personalities will deliver keynote speeches on various emerging topics. Prime Minister of Nepal will be inaugurating the summit and speak about the vision and mission of Nepal in the business sector. Minister of finance, Minister of commerce and industry will speak about business laws, business challenges, opportunities and scope of business in Nepal.
The award ceremony will be hosted after the CEO summit. CEOs, general managers, managing directors, chairpersons and personalities with executive roles in the businesses will be the nominees for the award.
The award will be distributed into six categories: CEO of the Year, Women CEO of the Year, CEO of the Year- Public Sector, CEO of the Year- SME, Popular CEO of the Year and Young CEO of the Year (under 40).
According to the organizing team, the forum’s sole purpose is to bring best business learnings, insights, experiences and knowledge from many visionary business personalities into one platform. It also aims to support business executives in their ongoing journey of business excellence as renowned business leaders and successful entrepreneurs. It will also bring together CEOs and leading thinkers in an interactive and intimate environment to discuss strategies for building high- performing organizations with a focus on human capital, talent development, and corporate culture.
