Kathmandu, January 8, 2018: The emergency meeting of Private and Boarding School Organisation of Nepal (PABSON) held on Sunday has decided to close all private schools across the country this Tuesday to mourn the demise of its former Chair Dr.Baburam Pokharel.
According to General Secretary Rajendra Baniya, the organization will lower its flag for three days starting from Tuesday. There will be no official programs of PABSON until January 13.
The former chairman of PABSON, Pokhrel was a heart patient and passed away the early day at Norvic International Hospital, Thapathali.
Pokhrel’s last ritual will be performed Tuesday. He had been working as the advisor to the PABSON. The founding principal of Vinayak Sudha (VS) Niketan Schools, he also worked as a Member of Parliament form the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Nepal.
