Regular Operations Resumes In AFU

Chitwan, August 8, 2018: The regular operations and curricular activities resume in Agriculture and Forestry University, Chitwan. The teaching and learning activities have been shut down as the students and teachers resorted.

Manaraj Kolakshyapati, Univerisity Registrar mentioned that the administrative and curricular activities are now regular and smoothly operating. The university has been shut down due to the university decided to grant the affiliation to eight private campuses. University Executive Council granted the decision to grant the affiliation to eight private colleges. The government then decided to revoke the decision of the university along with the amendment of the provision to affiliate for some period of time.

The protest against the university called off because of the government’s decision.
