Kathmandu, July 31, 2017: Shortlists of two categories have been announced for the ICT Award that is going to honor the experts and talents of the ICT sector in Nepal.
Ten shortlists each were announced from two categories among the total of five. An eight-member jury panel had selected the finalists from the pool of applicants.
The top 10 companies selected for Best ICT Startup Award are:
- Paaila Technology
- Basobaas Nepal
- Beetech Solution Pvt. Ltd.
- CatchyRoad Inc.
- Cryptic Thread Technology
- Eton Technology Pvt. Ltd.
- Prologic Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- MBA Global Company Pvt. Ltd. (Pie)
- SoAni Tech
- Zeftware Solutions
Similarly, the top 10 products for Best Innovative Product Award are:
- Big Foot
- Eduware
- Everest Cast
- Gunaso
- Muglan
- Nepal In Data
- Nepal VR
- Pari Robot
- Online Hacker
- Workstream Browser
As per the organizing company IC Tech Media, a total of 43 companies had applied for ICT Startup Award. Similarly, 52 had applied for the Innovative product category.
On August 3, Thursday, the select 10 companies and products will make presentations in front of the respected jury team. Five selected participants from each category will then go for online voting.
The winners in the competition will be honored amidst a special award ceremony to be organized on August 18, 2017, in Kathmandu.
