Kathmandu, December 4, 2018: Team BloodPal organized the Inter School Art Competition on December 1, 2018 at Nepal Banepa Polytechnic Institute. The theme for the competition was ‘Solidarity for Saving Lives’ where students from grade 7 to 9 participated. The competition was organized in the collaboration with Banepa Institute of Music and Arts, Sukul Music Store, Newa Kitchen and Suzuki.
The main motive of the event was to aware people about the importance of blood donation where participants represented the need of blood donation through their paintings. Selected 10 paintings will be contesting for the first position through online voting.
Susan Karmacharya, the coordinator of BloodPal said,” Since 2 years, BloodPal has been using the social media platform like facebook to manage blood in the critical conditions of its unavailability. Therefore, we organize various activities like this art competition to motivate the people to have same vision in future.”
