Biratnagar,9 November 2014:Â Properties worth Rs 1.1 million were destroyed by fire in Solukhumbu and Bhojpur districts last night.
The houses of Durga Bahadur Basnet of Jubu VDC-7 of Solukhumbu and Purna Bahadur Limbu of Kafle VDC-5 of Bhojpur were destroyed by fire.
Both the incident took place due to electric short circuit, police said.
The fire was brought under control with the joint efforts of police and locals, police added.
