The Legend of Indian Cricket team ,Very Very Special Laxman visited Kathmandu with his Air India Team under the invitation of Journey to World Cup organizer and Embassy of India. He is the fourth Indian Batsman to visit Â after the visit of Kapil Dev in year 1999 and Sunil Gavaskar who visited in year 2005. VVS laxaman has made gigantic 8781 runs in 134 matches with 56 half centuries and 17 hundreds in his career.
4-Mahendra Singh Dhoni
The skipper of Indian National Cricket team visited Nepal in year 2012 with a motivation to promote Cricket in the nation. In his two days tour , Mahendra Singh Dhoni met Cricketers and fans of the country at Kritipur Cricket Stadium. Before flying out,Dhoni also visited Holy temple Pashupatinath. In a lecture program held at hotel Yak and Yeti he praised the way cricket is looked in the country. The visitÂ Â was managed by Embassy of India.
The controversial suspended president of FIFA ,Sepp Blatter Visited Nepal during the inauguration ceremony of Â AFC Challenge Cup 2012. He, along with the period Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai inaugurated the AFC Â challenge cupÂ at Dashrath Stadium in Kathmandu. After the end of opening match between Nepal and Palestine, Â in a talk with Media Sepp Blatter saidÂ that Nepali football team was Barcelona without Messi.

The Legend of Spanish National football team and Real Madrid football Club was encountered in Kathmandu during the month of November in year 2014. According to the sources ,Raul visited Nepal along with his families and the motive to visit Himalayan National was personal trip.
Just Recently Beckham was on a day long tour to Nepal for UNICEF Charity Match for shooting a BBC documentary. In his day long tour,David Beckham visited Bhatkapur Durbar Square where Charity Match was scheduled. After the match, he visitedÂ Padma Jyoti School in Bhaktapur and kept some pics on his social media pages as well. David was on a tour ofÂ Â seven countries where he will play seven games with the locals in each region.
