Kathmandu, 14 July, 2015 : The estimated statement of income and expenditure (budget) is being presented by Minister for Finance, Dr Ram Sharan Mahat for the fiscal year 2015/16 in the Legislature-Parliament.
The Finance Minister started reading the budget statement from 4:15 pm. He had arrived in the Parliament half an hour before the meeting. A large number of media persons and representatives of different government bodies have gathered at the premises of the CA building.
After the political changes in 2046, Minister Mahat is the person who presented the budget programme for many times.
