FNJ congratulates President Bhandari

Kathmandu, Nov 5: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has expressed concern over the adverse impact of the fuel crisis on the daily life of people.

The President said this in a meeting with the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) delegation which was at the Presidential Office, Sheetal Niwas, today. President Bhandari assured that the country would get rid of fuel crisis very soon. The FNJ team today reached Sheetal Niwas to congratulate President Bhandari.

The FNJ treasurer Surya Mani Gautam informed that the President Bhandari expressed regrets over the difficulties seen in humanitarian sectors due to fuel shortage as students were deprived of going to school, and there was lack of medicines in hospitals and drugstore among others.

She added that she had held talks with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in this regard on Wednesday to take initiation to resolve the problem.

Similarly, President Bhandari urged the mediapersons to play a responsible role in this critical situation.

FNJ President Dr Mahendra Bista congratulated the President Bhandari as she was elected to the post and drew her attention to take appropriate initiations to resolve the current problem.
