Lalitpur, Nov. 3: The Metropolitan Police Range, Lalitpur, arrested four persons this morning for their alleged involvement in black marketeering of diesel.

The arrestees are Krishna Mani Dhungana of Bhaktapur, Ram Hari Mishra of Tanahun and Dipak Poudel and Shiva Pandey of Dhading.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Kisan Singh Thapa said that Dhungana and Mishra are workers of Tri Shakti Petrol Pump based in Sanepa.

Likewise, driver Poudel and helper Pandey of a car (Ba 12 Cha 3648) are charged of siphoning 358 litres of diesel from the Tri Shakti Petrol Pump in cahoots with Dhungana and Mishra.
