More funds received to the PM's relief Fund

Kathmandu, 19 October 2014: More funds have been received to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief and Rescue Fund to help victims of natural disasters that took place in the country during August and September earlier this year.

The Nepalese working in Belgium, France and Japan have managed to collect the fund and hand it over to the Prime Minister this morning at his official residence in Baluwatar.

Bhim Joshi, working committee member of Public Relations, Belgium, handed over a cheque worth Rs 4,12,000 on the behalf of Nepalese working there.

Similarly, Bharat Rana, representing Nepalese working in France, donated Rs 2,35,000.

Likewise, Puskar Thapa, on the behalf of International Nepalese Society in Japan offered the PM a cheque worth Rs. 1,30,000.

The PM, upon receiving the donation, expressed his gratitude towards the Nepalese toiling in the foreign land for joining this social cause of helping humanity at the time of adversity.
