Kathmandu, September 1, 2016: Government officers at the office of the Prime Minister and the ministers in Singha Durbar are found playing cards during office hours on Thursday.
Officers at the Monitoring and Evaluation Division – Ministry of Finance were found playing cards in the office of the information officer.
Even a policeman was the spectators of the scene.
