Governor of Yunnan Province of China, Li Jiheng arrived here in the capital on Saturday for an official two-day visit to Nepal , leading a delegation of seven members.
Li arrived in Kathmandu to extend the invitation to Prime Minister Sushil Koirala for the Second China and Southeast Asia Exhibition .
Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Wu Chuntai , Additional Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA ) , Prakash Kumar Subedi , and Protocol Officer Bijay Bahadur Raut Governor Li hosted at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA ) .
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs , Governor Li is scheduled to hold separate meetings with Foreign Minister Mahendra Bahadur Pandey, and Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Bhim Prasad Acharya .
Similarly, former prime minister of Malaysia , Mahathir Mohamad arrived here for a four-day visit to Nepal , leading a delegation of 11 members.
Former Malaysian Prime Minister , will attend the Economic Summit -2014 Nepal in Kathmandu which takes place next week. He will be the keynote speaker at the business conclave to be organized by the Government of Nepal and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Nepal ( FNCCI ) .
Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arjun Kanta Mainali , President FNCCI Suraj Vaidya and senior officials at the Embassy of Malaysia in Kathmandu celebrated the former Prime Minister of Malaysia in the TIA .
Mohamad is scheduled to call President Ram Baran Yadav and Prime Minister Sushil Koirala separately during your visit.
