Kathmandu, June 14, 2016: Minister for Industries, Som Prasad Pandey, said on Tuesday that the KP Oli government is working with a 10-year vision to export youth-made products instead of sending youth abroad. He said this at a face-to-face that Rafat Sanchar Club had organised in Bhaktapur. Pandey pledged to develop industrial estates in every province and create an environment for employment.

He claimed that the government will be able to send youth-made products instead of sending the youths themselves abroad, within the next 10 years.

Pandey maintained that the government is focusing on industrial development as economic prosperity is not possible without it.

He said land acquisition is on for development of an industrial estate in each of the seven provinces.

China and Korea are ready to invest in the industrial estate to be developed in Jhapa of Province 1, he said, adding: The government is busy performing its tasks instead of wasting time talking.
