Banepa, 7th February, 2015 :Â Minister for Industry Mahesh Basnet has said that the government has nearly finalized the industrial entrepreneurs act.
Speaking at the concluding session of the two-day seminar on annual budget preparation in Dhulikhel organized by Small and Cottage Industry Division today, Minister Basnet said the act would be approved from the parliament very soon.
He further said that small industries are still found illegally operated in different places. They must come under the registration criteria.
At least an industrial village should be set up in a constituency for the industrial development, Minister Basnet opined.
Moreover, he said the budget should be increased in the small and cottage industries. Similarly, Director General at the division, Narayan Parsad Bidari said that they were giving priority to such industries to generate the employments in the country.
