The first speaker for the show was Nikita Acharya. Nikita beautifully presented her journey. They had idea of establishing online shopping when e-commerce was new to Nepali market. They initially started their venture from selling accessories which has now grown to cakes and garments. UG is an organization which highly encourages woman participation with more than 90% female employees.  Nikita believes that there are lots of opportunities for female entrepreneurs in Nepal. She basically focuses on three points and believes they are root to success. The points involved: ideal idea, changing idea to effort and good marketing. Swati Lohia Managing Partner at Business Brainz the organization that provides information about business ventures. Swati, who graduated from Kathmandu University (KU), was a self-starter ever since her college days.
